Vending Exit Strategy

Once you have decided that vending will support your personal goals you will need to develop a plan for the business. Do you want to create a true business – meaning you hire others to run the day-to-day operations? Is this a temporary venture until the kids are old enough to go to school (or go to college)? If you do not plan to keep the business for the long-term (more than 5 years) do you expect to sell the business eventually?

There is no right or wrong answer to any of these questions. You need to decide what works best for you. You’ll probably find that your goals will change as time progresses. If this happens then obviously your plans will need to change as well. This is OK. Developing a business plan, even a rudimentary one, is a great
process to go through. It helps you to stay focused.

No matter what you decide to do if you have a plan you will be able to better handle the changes and choices that life throws at you.
